چکیده
Bu çal??man?n temel amac? çe?itli kademelerde görev yapan ö?retmenlerin örgütsel sessizlik ve özde?le?me düzeyleri aras?ndaki ili?kinin incelenmesidir. Bunun yan?nda yönünü düzeyini belirleyebilmektedir. ba?lamda Düzce ilinde görevli toplamda 660 ö?retmenden Örgütsel Sessizlik Özde?le?me ölçekleri ile veriler toplanm??t?r ara?t?rma ili?kisel tarama yöntemine uygun olarak tasarlanm??t?r. Yap?lan Mann Whitney-U-testi Kruskal Wallis-H testi analizi sonuçlar?na göre çal??t?klar? okul türü, yönetici ayn? sendikadan olma çal???lan kademesine istatistiksel anlaml? fark tespit edilmi?tir. Ö?retmenlerin cinsiyeti, kadro türleri (kadrolu-sözle?meli-ücretli), k?demlerine her iki de?i?ken aç?s?ndan yoktur. Özel okullardaki düzeyi devlet okullar?ndan ?ekilde daha yüksek Bununla beraber kademeleri aras?nda da farkl?l?k söz konusudur sessizli?in en düzeyde lise kademesinde, az ise ilkokul kademesinde oldu?u görülmektedir. de kademeler göstermektedir. sonra ortaokul iken negatif, dü?ük korelasyon vard?r. artt?kça dü?mektedir.
